HB 1522 -- Election Watchers

This bill requires election authorities to create a form to
verify the eligibility of election watchers.  The form must be
provided to the election authority by the chair of the county
committee who selects the watchers no later than four business
days before the election.  If the election authority determines
that a watcher is not qualified, the chair must choose a
replacement by 5:00 p.m. on the Monday before the election.
