HB 1526 -- Nonpartisan Elections

This bill allows nonpartisan elections in municipalities to be
governed by the same procedures that currently govern nonpartisan
elections in other political subdivisions.  Candidates for
municipal positions will be allowed to take office without an
election if the number of candidates for a position is equal to
the number of positions to be filled.
