HB 1537 -- Sexual Offenders

This bill prohibits any person who is required to register as a
sexual offender from intentionally photographing anyone younger
than 18 years of age without the consent of the minor's parent or
guardian.  Any person who violates the provisions of the bill
will be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
