HB 1542 -- Special License Plate

This bill allows for a special license plate for members of the
International Conference of Police Chaplains who have completed
the basic certification requirements.

To obtain this plate, a person must submit an application to the
Director of the Department of Revenue accompanied by an affidavit
stating his or her identification and certification along with an
additional $15 fee.  Any person who is lawfully in possession of
these plates and resigns, is removed, terminates, or is
terminated from the international conference must return the
plates to the department director within 15 days.
