HB 1547 -- No-Call List

This bill revises the definition of "telephone solicitation" as
it relates to the No-Call List by prohibiting political campaigns
from using live operators or automatic dialing machines to call
anyone on the No-Call List to endorse a political candidate,
request financial support or a vote for a political candidate, or
conduct political polling.
