HB 1674 -- General Assembly Financial Disclosures

This bill requires all members of the General Assembly to file a
financial interest statement with the Missouri Ethics Commission
showing whether any state tax credits were claimed on the most
recent state income tax return of the member, the member's
spouse, or the member's dependent child.

The Department of Revenue must disclose to the public all
information regarding a state tax credit claimed by a member of
the General Assembly.
