HB 1719 -- Elections

Currently, voters must vote for each individual candidate.  This
bill allows individuals to vote a straight party line ticket by
voting for all members of the same political party with a single
punch or mark.  Procedures for counting votes on different types
of ballots and for sorting ballots are also specified in the
bill.
