HB 1729 -- Storm Water Control Bonds

This bill authorizes the Board of Fund Commissioners, in addition
to the amounts authorized prior to August 28, 2009, to issue $20
million in bonds for grants and loans under Article III of the
Missouri Constitution for storm water control in first
classification counties and the City of St. Louis.
