HB 1760 -- Use of Private Airplanes by Certain Elected Officials

This bill requires statewide elected officials and members of the
General Assembly to file an air travel report with the Missouri
Ethics Commission revealing the cost of the flight and passenger
manifest information if the official is provided with air travel
by a private party not otherwise required by law to disclose the
information.  The commission must receive the report within 72
hours after the flight.
