HB 1793 -- State Board of Health and Senior Services

This bill establishes the State Board of Health and Senior
Services to advise the Department of Health and Senior Services
on the development of department rules, formulation of the
department budget, and the planning for and operation of the
department as well as annually evaluate all boards, councils,
authorities, and advisory bodies of the department.

The bill also abolishes the State Board of Health and the State
Board of Senior Services.
