HB 1812 -- Erroneous Payment of Property Taxes

This bill prohibits penalties and interest from being charged to
a taxpayer for the erroneous payment of property taxes as a
result of an error by an official or employee of the county.  Any
penalty or interest paid by the taxpayer will be refunded upon
the discovery of the error or omission.
