HB 1843 -- Unsecured Loan Businesses

This bill requires lenders of unsecured loans of $500 or less,
commonly known as payday loans, to conspicuously display in the
lobby of their business establishment a brochure, provided by the
Family Support Division of the Department of Social Services,
regarding information on and the eligibility requirements for the
Missouri Food Stamp Program.
