HB 1882 -- Income Tax Credit for Military Retirement Benefits

Sponsor:  Kraus

Beginning January 1, 2008, this bill authorizes an individual
income tax credit equal to 100% of the military retirement
benefits received by a taxpayer.  The tax credit is not
transferable or refundable.

The provisions of the bill will expire December 31 six years from
the effective date.
