HB 1898 -- Crime Victim Identifying Information

This bill adds any violation of Chapters 566 and 568, RSMo, to
the list of offenses for which redaction of any identifying
information of victims from court records prior to disclosure to
the public is required.  The bill limits the redaction
requirement to only information concerning the victim.
