HB 1912 -- University of Missouri Student Curator

If Missouri loses a Congressional district following the 2010
redistricting, this bill specifies that the ninth member of the
University of Missouri Board of Curators will be a student
curator with voting privileges, replacing the nonvoting student
curator.  The first student curator under these provisions will
be appointed in January 2011 for a two-year term.  The
qualifications for the student curator remain the same, and he or
she may be from any Congressional district and from the same
district as one other member of the board.
