HB 1953 -- Mixed Human-Animal Embryos

This bill prohibits a person from knowingly creating a mixed
human-animal embryo, a class D felony.  Any person who violates
the provisions of the bill and receives financial gain will be
subject to a civil fine of $1 million or an amount equal to three
times the amount of the financial gain, whichever is greater.
