HB 1959 -- Transmission of Insurance-Related Information

This bill allows automobile insurers to send renewal notices
electronically as an alternative to sending them by first-class
mail if requested by the policyholder on the application form or
in writing.  The policyholder has the right to cancel the
electronic notification, and insurance companies cannot provide
notice of a policy cancellation by electronic notification.
