HB 2028 -- Medical Diagnosis

This bill requires licensed health care and mental health care
professionals to take all appropriate and reasonable diagnostic
steps to eliminate the possibility that a physical illness or
other medical condition is the cause of a patient's weight loss
before making a diagnosis of anorexia nervosa.
