HB 2066 -- Health Facility Architectural Plan Review Fees

This bill requires the Department of Health and Senior Services
to establish a schedule of fees, not exceeding $3,000, to be paid
by an applicant for an architectural plan review of construction
documents for new construction and alterations of certain
licensed health care facilities.  The department will have the
authority to waive or reduce the fees using uniform guidelines.
Subject to appropriations, the fees collected will be used to
conduct the reviews.
