HB 2070 -- Sexual Offenders on School Property

This bill prohibits any person who is required to register as a
sexual offender from being on the grounds of any public or
private elementary or secondary school or at any official school
event without the consent of the school principal or head
administrator if the victim of the offender's crime was younger
than 17 years of age at the time of the offense.  Any person
violating this provision will be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
