HB 2080 -- Absentee Voting

Currently, voters who are prevented for various reasons from
going to the polls to vote on election day can vote by absentee
ballot.  This bill allows any registered voter who is eligible to
vote in a particular election to do so by absentee ballot.  The
provision allowing individuals in federal service who are
eligible to register and vote, but are not registered, to vote
for federal offices such as President, Vice President, Senator,
and Congressman is repealed.
