HB 2097 -- Stealing

This bill specifies that a person will be guilty of a class C
felony if he or she takes property from a mercantile
establishment and, in order to facilitate the theft, leaves the
establishment through a designated emergency exit; is in
possession of an item, article, implement, or device designed to
overcome security systems at the time of a theft; or commits a
theft at three or more separate and distinct mercantile
establishments within a 90-day period.
