HB 2147 -- Appropriation Limit on the Utilicare Stabilization
Fund

This bill increases from $5 million to $10 million the amount
that the General Assembly can appropriate each fiscal year to the
Utilicare Stabilization Fund, administered by the Department of
Social Services, to provide financial assistance to qualified
persons for heating and cooling expenses.
