HB 2155 -- Office of Public Counsel and the Missouri Public
Service Commission

Currently, the Department of Economic Development oversees the
Office of Public Counsel.  This bill transfers the powers,
duties, and functions of the office to the Attorney General's
Office.

Currently, the Missouri Public Service Commission is prohibited
from discussing current cases that have been filed.  The bill
expands the prohibition to include communications about matters
that can reasonably be foreseen as becoming an issue before the
commission.
