HB 2159 -- Missouri Diploma and Transcript Act

This bill establishes the Missouri Diploma and Transcript Act
which creates the crime of selling a fraudulent diploma or
transcript if a person knowingly sells or offers for sale a
diploma or transcript purporting to be from an educational
institution without the express written authorization of the
institution.  Any person committing this crime will be guilty of
a class D felony.
