HB 2182 -- Public Road Widths

Currently, all state public roads must be 30 feet in width.  This
bill specifies that all newly established roads must be 60 feet
in total width and the traveled surface at least 20 feet in total
width on each side of the centerline.  Procedures for
establishing a surveyed centerline where no record of a
previously surveyed centerline exist are specified.
