HB 2193 -- Pharmacy Rebates Fund

This bill creates the Pharmacy Rebates Fund within the state
treasury for the deposit of any revenue received by the state
from pharmaceutical manufacturer rebates to be used by the MO
HealthNet Pharmacy Program.
