HB 2236 -- Audits of Certain Contractors and Subcontractors Sponsor: Komo This bill requires the Office of Administration to conduct random audits of contractors or subcontractors performing publicly funded construction projects in Missouri. The purpose of the random audits is to confirm the legal status of the contractor's or subcontractor's workers and to ensure compliance with the prevailing wage laws.
