HB 2247 -- Transportation Sales Tax

This bill exempts certain sales taxes imposed for public
transportation under Section 94.577, RSMo, in the City of Kansas
City from being used in any tax increment financing project and
any other redevelopment project.  Beginning April 1, 2009, sales
taxes under Sections 94.600 - 94.655 cannot be used for these
projects.
