HB 2277 -- Fire Protection District Tax Rates

Currently, fire protection districts are only authorized to
submit to their voters an increase in a district's tax rate.
This bill authorizes certain districts, including the Mehlville
Fire Protection District in St. Louis County, to submit to the
voters of the district an increase or decrease in the district's
tax rate.
