HB 2280 -- Tuition for College Courses

Beginning with the fall term of the 2009-2010 academic year, this
bill prohibits a student from taking a college course at a public
institution of higher education more than twice unless the
student pays tuition at the institution's cost of instruction
rather than its regular tuition rate.  Exceptions can be made for
circumstances specified in the bill.
