HB 2303 -- Open Meetings and Records Law Sponsor: Donnelly This bill changes the laws regarding the Open Meetings and Records Law, commonly known as the Sunshine Law. The bill specifies that "public meeting" includes any meeting in which a public governmental body receives evidence or renders a decision regarding the retroactive or prospective application of a change in the law.
