HB 2321 -- Voter Registration

This bill requires all applicants for any resident hunting or
fishing permit at any local Department of Conservation office or
permit vendor to receive a voter registration application form as
a part of the application process.  Applicants may complete the
form at that time or may mail the completed form to the
appropriate election authority.  The department's web site is to
provide a link to the web site of the applicant's election
authority if available.  Any information collected must be used
solely for voter registration purposes.  Any person registered to
vote by this option must submit a form of personal identification
as specified in the bill.
