HB 2328 -- Sales Tax Exemption for Certain Businesses Operating
in a Mine

This bill authorizes a state and local sales and use tax
exemption on purchases of electricity, gas, propane, water,
telecommunications services, other utilities, machinery, and
equipment for a person operating a business in a mine that is not
used for mining if the mine contains at least one million square
feet of space for business use.
