HB 2350 -- Access to Credit and Debit Card Rate Information

This bill requires financial institutions to give a merchant
access to the rules related to a contract authorizing a merchant
to accept a credit or debit card from the financial institution.
The contract must contain information regarding any fees or
transaction rates the institution will charge the merchant for
accepting the credit or debit card.
