HB 2395 -- Economic Activity Taxes

This bill specifies that the sales tax for the operation of
public safety departments and the sales tax for funding local
parks in the City of St. Louis cannot be considered levies upon
taxable real property within the Rural Economic Stimulus Act
development project area for any new tax increment financing
transactions.
