HB 2402 -- Disabled License Plates and Placards

This bill allows an exemption to the physician's statement
requirement for disabled license plates and placards when an
applicant presents a form requesting that the requirement be
waived due to religious affiliation that has been signed by the
applicant and another member of the religion's tenet verifying
that abstention from medical care is required as part of his or
her religious affiliation.
