HB 2403 -- School Board Elections

Beginning with school year 2009-2010, this bill specifies that
any school board member who is in his or her second or subsequent
term will not be eligible to run for re-election if the school
district becomes unaccredited or provisionally accredited on its
Missouri school improvement program cycle review.
