HB 2416 -- Dog Fighting

This bill specifies that any person who is found guilty of a
second or subsequent dog fighting offense will be guilty of a
class D felony.  Any public health official or law enforcement
officer may obtain a warrant to enter private property to
inspect, care for, or impound dogs that are the subject of a dog
fighting violation and to conduct a lawful seizure if necessary.
