HB 2425 -- Filing Period for Certain Candidates

Sponsor:  Holsman

This bill requires candidates for presidential elector, United
States senator or representative, statewide office, and state
senator or representative to file a written declaration of
candidacy during the 10 business days in January immediately
preceding the primary election in order for their name to appear
on the official primary ballot.
