HB 2436 -- Legal Aid Clinics

This bill adds a law school legal aid clinic approved by the
American Bar Association or a nonprofit legal assistance program
affiliated with a clinic representing indigent clients through
Missouri Supreme Court Rule 13.02 to the list of legal
representatives to whom all costs and expenses related to the
prosecution of the suit may be waived without the necessity of a
motion and court approval.  To waive the costs and expenses, the
court must determine that the organization is unable to pay the
costs, fees, or expenses necessary to prosecute or defend the
action.
