HB 2459 -- Design Standards and Construction of Affordable
Housing Units

This bill establishes design standards and requirements for the
construction of an affordable housing unit.  "Affordable housing
unit" is defined as a residential structure newly constructed or
rehabilitated that a person earning 115% or less of the median
income for that person's county, as determined by the United
States Bureau of the Census, could afford if spending 29% of his
or her gross income annually on the housing.
