HB 2504 -- Scheduling of Controlled Substances

This bill removes any compound, mixture, or preparation
containing any detectable quantity of pseudoephedrine, its salts,
isomers, and salts of isomers from the list of Schedule V
controlled substances and adds any material, compound, mixture,
or preparation which contain any quantity of pseudoephedrine to
the list of Schedule II controlled substances.
