HB 2509 -- County Office Salaries, Benefits, and Working Hours

Sponsor:  Schlottach

This bill requires the salaries and benefits of county officers,
deputies, assistants, and employees to be authorized by the
county commission by a specific line item in the annual budget
document and the county commission to set the number of hours to
be worked to receive those salaries and benefits.
