HB 2511 -- Special License Plates

This bill allows for a special license plate designated "GOLD
STAR FAMILY" for any immediate family member who wishes to pay
tribute to a member of the United States military who was a
Missouri resident killed in the line of duty.

To obtain this plate, a person must make an annual or biennial
application, furnish proof of eligibility, and pay a $15 annual
or $30 biennial fee to the Department of Revenue in addition to
the registration fee and any other documents required by law.
