HB 2515 -- Design-Build Projects for Northwest Missouri State
University

This bill authorizes Northwest Missouri State University to enter
into design-build contracts for student residence construction
projects costing more than $100,000.  Design-build procedures are
established including requesting proposals, advertising,
developer-financed lease-back options, awarding contracts,
employing an architect or engineer, and requirements for bonding
and contractor licensure and exemptions.
