HB 2525 -- Intoxication-Related Traffic Offenses Sponsor: Pratt This bill specifies that a conviction, a plea of guilty, or a finding of guilty of any intoxication-related traffic offense followed by a suspended imposition of sentence, suspended execution of sentence, probation or parole, or any combination thereof in a municipal court must be treated as a prior conviction when determining if a person is a prior, persistent, aggravated, or chronic offender.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
