HB 2526 -- Liquor Control

This bill repeals the authorization of certain licensed liquor
and wine wholesalers to offer limited price discounts for certain
quantities of liquor and wine, for early payment, for any brand
and type, and for close-out merchandise.  The requirement that
sales by certain licensed liquor and wine wholesalers follow a
monthly price schedule filed with the Supervisor of the Division
of Alcohol and Tobacco Control within the Department of Public
Safety is also repealed.
