HB 2528 -- Motor Fuel Tax

This bill reduces the motor fuel tax rate from 17 cents to seven
cents per gallon if the average price per gallon of motor fuel in
Missouri exceeds $3.50 for three consecutive weeks.  Once the
average price of motor fuel in Missouri is less than $3.50 per
gallon, the rate will return to 17 cents per gallon.
