HB 2532 -- County Assessment Funds

Currently, all counties which became first classification
counties after September 1, 1998, are required to withhold 1% of
all property taxes to be deposited into the county's assessment
fund.  This bill changes the requirement to be counties which
became first classification counties after September 1, 1996.
